Can you get back to your pre-baby self? The answer is No, because after going thru the beautiful process of bringing life into this world I don't think you will ever be able to be the exact same version of yourself that you were before that. But I do believe that you can get back to your pre-baby health and the best version of your physical self and I'm going to share some of the things I do that helped me accomplish just that. During my 1st pregnancy I started juicing purely for vitamin/nutritional purposes, but I also realized that this helped me to curb snack binging, unnecessary weight gain and provide much needed energy and a boost to my metabolism........
