Gems
stories of inspiring women that I look up to for you to get inspired by too. this is a space for women to uplift and empower one another.

Latham Thomas

The joy of childbirth is one of life’s most profound experiences, and few people understand this and share this as beautifully as Latham, who’s a doula. Her website Mama Glow describes her as a “maternity lifestyle maven,” but she’s so much more than that (just ask Oprah, who named her to her Super Soul 100 list). I turn to her site for grounded advice on all things motherhood.

Genevieve Padalecki

Gen and I have become good friends since I’ve moved to Austin. She’s a mother of three young children, yet finds time to inspire and share with other women through her incredible blog Now & Gen. I love that Gen is down-to-earth about the joys and challenges of being a working mom, and isn’t afraid to get completely real/honest. Plus, I love her personal style.

Nazanin Mandi

I admire how Nazanin is a multi-talented model, actress and singer who’s made a name for herself despite her very famous husband (she and Miguel got married last year). For a young woman, she’s already accomplished so much—and I look to her to see what Millennials are thinking, feeling and sharing because she’s wise beyond her years.

Tia Mowry

I am so thankful for the friendship Tia and I have created. Every time I see her it’s like no time as passed by. She is an incredible mother to two beautiful children and she constantly working on projects that she is so passionate about. She recently launched a new company called Anser and her brand Tia Mowry’s Quick Fix is one of my faves! Not to mention her Netflix show, Family Reunion which our Bosh fam loves to watch!

Rebecca Minkoff

Talent designer and a dear friend, Rebecca Minkoff is a true treasure. She exemplifies what it’s like to build an empire and be a role model for other female founders, all while raising a family. Dylan and I were so honored to attend your NYFW presentation, and I love that my girl can have such a positive role model in the fashion industry.

Jaclyn Johnson

Jaclyn’s motto is “behind every woman are great women” and it couldn’t be more true! She has believed in me since day 1 and she has given me the great opportunity to speak at her Create & Cultivate conferences. I remember being an attendee and thinking to myself, “I’m going to be on that stage one day” and it happened! Jaclyn is the incredible founder and CEO of Create & Cultivate and the author and podcast host of Work Party.

Christy Turlington Burns

I’m in such awe of Christy and the incredible work she does as the founder of Every Mother Counts. When I first heard of this organization and what they do for women around the world, I knew I had to be involved. It was such an amazing experience to travel to Guatemala with Christy and provide resources to expecting mothers and hearing their stories. I admire Christy for shedding light on an issue that goes unmentioned far too often and I look forward to help Every Mother Counts spread its mission.

Candace Nelson

Candace Nelson is an actual legend. She’s the founder of Sprinkles Cupcakes and the co-founder of Pizzana (two of the Bosh Family’s absolute favorite places!) What I love most about Candace is her vision and her ability to constantly re-invent and think ahead. Spending time with her in the kitchen baking treats was such an honor and a memory I’ll cherish forever.

Shilpa Shah

Shilpa is the brilliant co-founder of one of my favorite brands, Cuyana. We met at the Chandon x Create & Cultivate retreat last year and we immediately hit it off. I admire her for her business sense and creative vision and look forward to the incredible things she has in store for Cuyana.
