Versatile Super Bowl Appetizers

It’s almost Super Bowl Sunday, and you know what that means!? Good food! I love Super Bowl parties because not only does everyone get together for a good time, but everyone is down to enjoy some comfort food and indulge. I’m getting more creative with my Super Bowl party snacks this year and I’m sharing what’s on my mind for this year’s menu. These are versatile, easy to make, and absolutely delicious!

Fruit Bowl

I recently filmed an IGTV video of creating my favorite fruit salad with Chanel. My favorite thing about this fruit bowl is that it’s both sweet and zesty—the perfect combination. We mixed some of our favorite fruits and added a hint of lime to finish it off. It’s so simple, yet delicious! I would serve this at a Super Bowl party because it’s light, sweet and refreshing. Everyone loves a little fruit! Watch the full video here.

What you’ll need:

  • Star Fruit
  • Pineapple
  • Kiwi
  • Mango
  • Strawberry
  • Papaya
  • Honey
  • Lime Juice

Buffalo cauliflower has been taking over! This delicious alternative to buffalo chicken wings is so delicious and a tasty option for all of my plant-based friends. I think they make a great appetizer because they’re flavorful, easy to make, and cater to different diets. Buffalo cauliflower bites also don’t leave you feeling too full to enjoy other tasty snacks at the table!

This one’s mostly for the kids, but adults can get in on these yummy treats as well! Who doesn’t love a good ice cream sandwich!? For the Super Bowl, I thought it’d be super cute to make football-themed ice cream sandwiches covered in chocolate sprinkles. All you have to do is decorate the mini sandwiches—no cooking or baking necessary!

This Mexican-style dip has all your favorites, including guacamole! It uses greek yogurt in place of sour cream, but if you prefer the original that’s okay too. Don’t forget the tortilla chips!
