Bake Like A Bosh: Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta

It’s no secret that I love being in the kitchen cooking and baking for my family. When you have to feed a family of seven (yes, seven!), whipping something together that everyone will enjoy isn’t always easy. Thankfully, that’s never a problem when it comes to desserts, and one of my go-to recipes is so quick and easy to make. I love to indulge in some rich dark chocolate every now and then, and I love making a decadent panna cotta for myself and the fam. Keep on reading for my step-by-step guide on adding these sweet and tiny desserts to your own dinner table!

Time:

  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

*You’ll need a set of Ramekins for serving.

How To:

Start by adding the milk and gelatin into a bowl and give the gelatin some time to soften up. While the gelatin sits in the bowl, turn your attention over to the stove.

Add the heavy cream, vanilla, salt, and sugar into a medium saucepan and warm it up over low heat. Once the mixture is brought to a simmer, turn off the heat and whisk in your gelatin mixture from earlier.

Follow up by stirring in the chocolate, and pour the entire mixture into a heat-proof pitcher or bowl. Pour the mixture into ramekins.

Place the panna cottas in your refrigerator for 4-6 hours before serving. If you’re feeling extra sweet, top them off with whipped cream and fresh berries once you’re ready to dig in!
